View from surrounding hills down to hometown late evening.
This is the header image of my tiny blog showing my hometown, as seen from the surrounding hills.
The small peak on the horizon, right to the center is the inactive volcano Parkstein. This basalt cone was named the ‘most beautiful basalt cone in Europe’ by the famous Alexander von Humboldt.
Image made with a Sony A7R2 with an old M39 Voigtländer Super-Wide-Heliar15mm f/4.5.
